Recently, we covered the Sony Bravia Theater 6 deals on the System and Bar models both of which are still on sale for their lowest ever price. Those are 5.1 and 3.1.2 Dolby Atmos soundbar systems with wireless subwoofers. Check those deals out in this dedicated article.
Meanwhile, not everyone may have the room or the budget for product like that but they still may want decent audio quality. For them, Marshall is offering its Acton III for just $200 which is its lowest ever price (purchase link under the specs list below).
The Acton III is a two-way speaker system as it packs a woofer for handling the lows, mid-bass, and mid-range, and a tweeter for the mid-highs and treble.
Marshall promises that the woofer is able to dip down to as low as 45 Hz although we are pretty sure this wouldn't be at a level of sound that would be enough to shake the room in any way shape or form.

Speaking of sound levels, Marshall claims up to 95 dB/meter sensitivity of sound pressure level (SPL) at its peak. This peak is likely around the vocals range which will help enhance dialogue clarity when watching movies or shows. And if it is more towards the treble region, then instrument separation during music playback will be more prominent.
The key technical specs of the Marshall Acton III are given below:
- 1x 30 W Class D amplifier for the woofer; 2x 15 W Class D amplifiers for the tweeters
- Frequency range: 45 Hz β 20 000 Hz
- Maximum sound pressure level (SPL): 95 dB @ 1 m
- Bass-reflex
- Adjustable bass and treble: Analog knobs on top and via Marshall Bluetooth app
- Connectivity: Bluetooth 5.2 (10 m range) and 1x 3.5 mm input (No Wi-Fi)
- Compatible app: Marshall Bluetooth app (iOS & Android) with OTA updates
