Aside from the AX5140Q, the AX3120Q 3.1.2 model is also at the lowest price. In terms of differences, the 3120Q is less powerful. It has a total power output of 440 watts RMS. While the front soundbar is still 200 watts, the subwoofer is slightly less powerful at 240 watts, although the size remains the same at 6.5 inches for the driver. So you essentially miss out on the surround, but the rest of the specs are the same.
