Awesome work! The start button could use more imagination though...I think the taskbar would look awesome if it matched the active title bar, only put the stripe where the button would be. Just my opinion though...

looks very nice. Maybe darken the grey a little? Also, when something on the taskbar flashes, the color difference isn't very great, so it's hard to notice.
