I love it.

Althoug I changed some of the colors - 3D shadow and 3D dark shadow weren't looking right to me, I'm not really a fan of inversions there. I reverted them (dark is darker than the normal one) and lighted them a bit.

Also, the inactive caption color seems completely out of place, it's some pinky gray - I have some programs that use this color and it was looking weird! so again I lighted the active caption color, and fixed the inactive one.

I might have a bug: in TotalCommander, the borders of some buttons aren't showing, I never noticed it in other VS:
