Love the chair, what's it called and where from?

Thanks, but I don't really like the chair... it is made from a very soft and delicate leather & plastic. It is comfortable though. The cats have put plenty of holes in it already.

I got it from amazon when it was on sale: Boss Black LeatherPlus Executive Chair

What kind of desk is that? Also, does it have like a glassy top? Nice setup btw :D

By looking at the shelves to the right in the first picture I'd say it's from Ikeas Expedit series, well assuming they use the same names worldwide of course :p

Slugger that's epic!

Mine has not changed that much since last time on top except for a new chair:

But under the hood there have been some changes, more RAM/SSD etc :p

Can't wait until cases are only geared towards SSDs, so much saved space!

I like working on my PC in the kitchen, food is always at hand.

ugh! you tend to get better looking chairs at staples in the UK :(

We have that chair here. I've seen it in Staples a few times @ 11th & Market I'm certain.

mrk - that is one helluva cable mgmt job - I am envious.

Every build I spend an hour or so installing the hardware - but I'll spend 5-6 on getting the cables perfect - and I never get it to look like yours.

I think I am using the wrong PSUs

I gave up on cable management. My case isn't really designed for it (Antec 300), plus the CPU and GPU run so cool. I've got the CPU to bottom at 19c, and tops out at 40c (with Arctic Freezer 7 Pro), and GPU bottoms at 28c and tops out mid 60's. I do have nice fans though, and I guess that can make a difference. Also, it is a suprisingly quiet computer too. I am contemplating on moving to a case with more flexible cable management, but I've just been too lazy.

    • Absolutely NOBODY has suggested such a conclusion. I am affirming the sober reality check that AV2's overall market adoption will take longer than AV1's adoption rate -- which, by the way, is the whole point of the article! While PCI-SIG is productive (on paper), other WGs have created all sorts of confusing progress plans that consumers have tuned-out of their improvements... HTML/W3C, USB, HDMI, BT, WIFI (ieee802.11) as a few other groups where spec naming conventions, split progress paths, overlapping ambitions... I'm not critiquing the AV specs group; I'm simply affirming that adoption for AV2 faces headwinds beyond the macroeconomics of it all.

    • No thanks! WebView trash is unacceptable. I only use software that's native.
