The crook spent four hours unscrewing the security devices from the wall outside a law firm. He was filmed looking around to check the coast was clear ? unaware he was being filmed on a another camera. The building?s owner, Amjad Ali, 37, said: ?This guy must be Britain?s dumbest criminal. He is staring straight at the camera ? he is so close you can see his breath. ?When he is removing the last one he nearly kills himself. He was above a 12ft drop when he nearly lost his footing.? The cameras cost ?100 each and solicitor Mr Ali faced ?800 in repairs after the crime in Bradford.
