PSX, because it revolutionized gaming in a sense. Intoduced CDs as a console media, memory cards, a built-in cd player etc. It also produced some of the greatest games of all time, like MGS, Crash (God I loved CTR), FF(OK, mabey not produed it, but carried it on and made it better), Syphon Filter, Driver 1 & 2, Tekken 3, Medal of Honor, GT, GTA, THPS, etc etc. These are just some of the great games I enjoyed. :)

Why does the disgraceful NES get it's own option and Sega Megadrive/Genesis doesn't!?  :o

Yeah, for me it's the Megadrive/Genesis. The whole Sonic series on it was phenomenal (with the possible exeption of Sonic Spinball...)

After that i'd say the PSone; bit of a popular commercialised choice but it was for a reason, the games on it absolutely ruled... especially Final Fantasy VII!

I loved Sonic Spinball. :geek:

this poll was stacked... all those INFERIOR machines owe their electronic lives or whatever is left to the COMPUTER

It all began with the computer... Need I say more...

A video game console is a computer.
