Yes, the Velvet Waves Winamp skins looks VERY nice w/ this Visual Style. And for all the ppl. bashing Bant... "Fighting on the Internet is like competing in the Special Olympics... even if you win, you're still a retard."

Actually, it's pretty hard for me to make a winamp skin :(

It's my first shot to skin a winamp, and boy does it take a LOT of work... It really gives perspective on how winamp skin maker and themers in general must put lots of time and effort to create their skins/theme.

Only the main window is done, and that takes me almost a day

I used Themenorth's Velvet waves skin as a base, I also use Mattahan's GANT icon extensively, and of course Bant's Reluna graphics.

What do you guys think?

Hey there,

Bant, does this mean I have your permission ? :D

I'll contact Mattahan and Themenorth once I'm done, I'm still about 60% done.

FatCat, I'll try to make a 'lite' version that are more simple.

Thx for the encouragement guys ;)

I've made a new thread at https://www.neowin.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=105668

Cheers.

    • COBOL itself is not the problem. Code that has been bodged and kludged over decades but still somehow runs is probably the sort of Gordian knot that even AI can't necessarily unravel.
    • Nice devices but my Surface Pro 9 got bricked from a Windows Update efter only three years. Never buying a device from MS again.
