Crafted 7 coal and got 50% off Witcher 1 special edition, gee thanks.

Fancy trading it for 50% off Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee? I've already got a coupon for The Witcher 2, so might as well round it off with the first one. :p

Turns out that I've gotten CS:S for having 10 games in my wishlist. Anyone who wants to trade it for a different game?

I might also add to that that I have a 60% off coupon for the King Arthur Franchise. Anyone wanting to trade that as well?

I'm getting nothing but coal and coupons now, every time I craft the coal I only get more coupons. I think I'm done with this now, I don't expect to win the top prizes so I'm out and back to playing and not just for the objectives.

Got some stuff for trade.

Dungeons of Dredmor - Full Game

33% off Valve

25% off valve

50% off New Vegas

50% off FlightControl HD

50% off Supreme commander 2

50% off STALKER Call of Pripyat

50% off Portal 2 (x2)

50% off The Wonderful end of the world

50% off StarRuler

Let me know, thanks.

That sucks, I just crafted 7 coal and got a measly 50% off GTA San Andreas! Who's going to want such an old game? :/

Oh, i'm sure that there's much more of a demand for even a game as old as that than there would be for the rather crappy looking strategy game i got.

Oh, i'm sure that there's much more of a demand for even a game as old as that than there would be for the rather crappy looking strategy game i got.

Do you wanna trade that game for a few vouchers? 50% off Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee, 50% off Dungeons of Dredmor, and 50% off Demolition Inc. I know, they're pretty crappy, but I just wanna get rid of them. :p

Man, call me the coupon king, because that seems to be all I'm getting

I have to say, I really don't understand why the coupons all seem to be for games that were already on sale for a higher percentage off in the holiday sale, though. It pretty much makes the coupons worthless unless they're reduced further before March (unlikely). It's a good idea, though.

OK, the Deus Ex voucher code on Green Man Gaming has just been revealed: WINTR-DEUSX-DEALS - It won't go live until midnight GMT though.

Some extra good news about the deal: it applies to the DLC too! :) http://www.greenmangaming.co.uk/promo/deus-ex-and-dlc/ So, you'll be able to get "The Missing Link" DLC for just ?2.99. And you can also get the Explosive Mission Pack for 68p, and the Tactical Enhancement Pack for 40p.

Looks like I'll be going all-out on that deal tomorrow then. :) Well, outside of buying the Augmented Edition, that is. :p

Awesome. I will just wait to see if Steam also offers Deus Ex today. Otherwise, will grab the main game at the very least from your source.

Btw, why aren't you going for the augmented edition? Its priced only a couple of $$ higher than the regular edition.

I dunno if this is apart of the sale, but steam gave me 2 copies of THE SHIP to give away. Its a fun game if you can find a server with actual people playing.

i have one gift left if anyone wants it.

Three vouchers? :)

    • I wonder how many are laid off for cost savings, and this being blamed on AI to make it sound less scary and bad, for a more positive "modern, with the times" spin for investors? Because Oracle is down 14% the past year. We're looking at a company struggling here. If AI would actually be working out so well for them that they can do massive layoffs, surely this would've been reflected the past year in their stock value?
    • AI is the beginning, wait until real robots replace more jobs, specifically jobs that require physical work.
    • AI is indeed eliminating jobs, and Oracle just proved it by Hamid Ganji There’s no question that AI has become the hottest trend in workplaces, and every company is trying to adopt AI-driven solutions across its operations. While some industry leaders repeatedly say AI won’t lead to massive layoffs, recent data suggest that AI is actually one of the main reasons some companies are reducing their workforce. According to Oracle’s annual regulatory filing, the company has laid off about 21,000 employees, or 13% of its workforce, amid increasing AI adoption. “The adoption and deployment of AI technologies across our operations have resulted, and may continue to result, in reductions to our workforce,” Oracle said in the filing. The software giant now has approximately 141,000 full-time employees, a notable decrease from 162,000 during the same period last year. Restructuring expenses, including severance payments, cost Oracle $1.84 billion in fiscal 2026. Additionally, around 49,000 Oracle employees were based in the U.S., while approximately 92,000 were employed internationally. Like many other companies, Oracle has fully embraced AI and concentrated much of its efforts on the technology. The company is also a key participant in the United States’ $500 billion Stargate Project, which aims to build multiple AI data centers across the country. When it comes to AI adoption and its impact on the workforce, opinions remain divided. NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang, whose company has been one of the biggest beneficiaries of the AI boom, recently said in an interview that attributing job cuts to AI is a “lazy” narrative. “The narrative that connects AI to job loss, for many of the CEOs that are doing it – it is just too lazy. AI has just arrived, how is it possible they're already losing jobs?” Huang said. However, statistics and recent reports tell a different story. According to Layoffs.fyi, 196 tech companies have laid off about 119,800 employees so far this year. Reducing staff and replacing roles with AI agents could become one of the most significant trends in the job market in the years ahead.
