Be weary of LA Noire, I bought it in the last sale and it flat out does not load, you have to disable your firewall, disable UAC, run steam as Admin, and add Run as Admin to the game exe's in order to play this crappy port. Steer well clear of a shoddy release. Why should you have to disable all that and run in admin to play a friggin game :(

I requested a refund and was told as the game works after doing the options they suggested above it will not be refunded :(

I'm so ****ed that my power supply decided to fail (again) as I was planning on trading some stuff for more holiday keys. I can log into safe mode and start steam but I can't run any games. Oh well at least once I get my PC back to normal even if the holiday sale and event is over I can buy some regular keys or rare TF2 items. I also have about 23 or 24 coupons I am willing to trade for something halfway decent.

So today I have gotten a 25 and 33% off valve games to go with my 50 as well as one coal. Did get a free laugh though as some guy was bitching about a "friends" game as we whooped his team, the one guy on my team who called him out with me(he was calling us ###### because we were playing the game well) left or didn't load in fast enough and I got kicked. Not sure if this has been mentioned. They have run out of third party vouchers http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2428973 so unless you want valve coupons there is no point crafting coal.

LA Noire is on sale still for $12.49 so just buy it. I have a 50% off voucher but it is only good starting Jan 2nd, and the regular price is $49.99 so half of that is $25. Why wait?

Man! That site is awful! Spent the last 15-20 minutes trying to signup so i can buy Deus Ex and it errors. So far i've managed to enter my card details twice (so they currently have ?2 of my money to 'check my card is valid') and then it breaks.

It's a great deal but i'm not giving them any more of my money when they can't even get their <insert rude word here> site to work!
