Do you have Visual Studio installed? It installs many of those. Anyways, some programs or services you installed depend on those and if you start removing them eventually something you use will break. When I install VS I uncheck whatever I don't use to make it a little cleaner.

I have found that removing the original program does not always remove all of them... if you DO remove them all and things break, you can fix it by uninstalling and re-installing what programs you need to work. So the situation is not all that bad.

Looks like you are using Visual studio. I'd personally prefer to install only those components which I am going to use. If you arent using some of those, remove visual studio and reinstall it with only the ones which you require.
