if the msstyle is name RebornL2.msstyles then the folder in C:/Windows/resources/themes has to be named RebornL2

the result would be like this

C:\windows\resources\themes\RebornL2\stuff in this folder including hte msstyle and shells etc.

C:\windows\resources\theme
