Right, that's what I think too. And, like K said, I'm just patiently awaiting the real, Valve-based experience that is Half-Life 2.

I succesfully extracted some .bsp file (maps)

Gonna try 2 run them now on the compiled HL 2 thing.

I dont't think it has been compiled of the sourcecode. That would be a lot of work to add the models/textures/....

Its fake or a real beta.

I guess that's because window mode + jpeg compression + not highest graphic setting
