My WL Mail app and the hotmail.com site are both timing out

Thanks, that downforeveryoneorjustme.com site is not entirely accurate, it should check all servers of the site and report back that way

Microsoft.com is up for me. Just live.com/hotmail.com etc are down for me. Can't log into anything that use WLID though (MSDN, Bungie, Xbox, Codeplex).

Hotmail is UP! At 11:15 in the UK GMT it should work for you now, just checked and bang, there it is. Good luck!
