Notifications

Did anyone here get notifications to work? Quite a few apps offer the option but the only one actually displaying them is Messenger. Would be nice if Mail worked.

Different apps use different notifications.

Messenger uses toasts, tile updates and badges.

Mail, Calendar, People, Music and Video only uses tile updates and badges.

Internet Explorer uses toasts to let you know that downloads are complete.

Messenger, Mail and Calendar should all have toast notifications. I think they're useful. Don't care about the rest. Would probably turn them off anyway, because I don't need annoying notifications from Facebook or Twitter (or whatever).
