Felony child abuse gets you 15 years in Michigan, but it's possible to co-charge her with attempted murder which is a Class A felony with a max sentence of life.

OTOH; ecstasy is a Schedule 1 drug so it's serious. 50- 450 grams gets you up to 20 years, but up to 50 grams gets you just 4 years.

a single hit is generally 70-100 MG... if you honestly think its more serious then child abuses, you need to rethink that... like our said, our justice system is a joke... she isnt going to get 15 ****ing years, she might get 5.

If a single hit is a max of 100 milligrams (10 doses/gram) then the 25 gram limit is 250 doses.

Who other than a dealer carries that much around? Dealers deserve a stiff sentence.

The 4 year sentence is for 25-50 grams. Less on a first offense is a much reduced sentence, usually probation. A repeat offense is much harsher, and if you have 50+ grams it has a max of life.
