I resolve to do the following:

Never make a post that is the news equivalent of a fart app.

(Except if it is in the Jokes and Funny Stuff forum.) :D

I like Neowin a lot. I would like to see the quality of discourse in the forums improve, so that we can attract more posts from those members who are jaded, and also attract fresh voices.

Come on, guys. We are (in most cases) capable of a more civilised level of interaction.

I agree with the thread, but I try to be civil normally so I didn't bother to leave a comment here. Well, until now of course. I also had a similar rant recently, although mine was more to do about people complaining and then not offering anything constructive. Here it is.
