Mixed reaction. She was a complete fool for doing whatever the hell it was she did. But on the other hand if someone chickens out at the last minute, its hardly fair to force her out like they did.

The instructor wasn't right in forcing her out after she was very adament about not jumping.

How is she an idiot? The video description says the harness was not properly adjusted. That is something the people who work for the company should have done right. This was also in the news and the woman said she was having problems with her legs which is why she was holding on to the door before jumping.

No no, it's the other way round. It was the instructor's fault. He hadn't secured her properly. As Doli pointed out.

Luckily this tandem instructor's negligence ends without casualty. This 80 year-old grandma does a tandem skydive for her birthday and nearly falls out of the harness because it's not properly adjusted prior to exit. Certainly not your typical tandem jump, but WOW is this scary. Barf.
