I sure hope it stops in the next two weeks... I'm flying to the UK for the first two weeks of August!

Whereas I'm flying to Estonia for the first two weeks of August! The weather has been much warmer there than in the UK for the past month or so.

Same can be said for The Netherlands. Summer, what Summer?

Or Germany, which has skipped summer this year and went straight to autumn.. in July.

Nah. Just when the water companies declare a drought. :p

Ha yea, UK is pretty much designed around boring weather, soon as there is sun for more than a week we have a drought, if it rains heavy for a few hours we flood and if it snows for a day everything stops

And every year they say "We're prepared for it this time"

I thought it always rained in England.

It only normally rains twice though: Once for five months of the year & once again for seven months of the year. It's even wetter in Wales. I blame the mountains.

Jesus, it's probably the crappiest summer I ever had here in Germany as far as I can remember/want to remember. :|

I feel for my fellow Britons, it says something when even my rain proofed friends start being so "unbritish" and complain.

No seriously, summer needs to replace fall right now here inthese parts of Europe.

NOW.

You've never lived up in the Hamburg area, have you? Otherwise you wouldn't call this 'the crappiest summer I ever had here in Germany'. :shifty:
