Okay, I'm starting to hate Apple really.... (And I'm using an ipod touch and osx)

They sue anything they can so they don't need to make something really new after this... They'll just make the iphone screen bigger and BAMM twice amazing! And then they'll patent the wide screen... :shiftyninja:

I'm waiting when they'll sue microsoft/surface about that keyboard-cover and the tablet itself... :pinch:

Some things but like their screens, they cannot find any manufacturer to produce the volume that they need. And both sides have already stated that they like their relationship and what happens in the suits will not effect that. Time will tell if this works the way they want.

So it will be a while before Apple switches, if at all. And if they do it to soon, hope people plan on waiting longer for their products.
