Samsung shows off the multiwindow feature on Galaxy Note II

This feature appears to be region dependant as its not present in UK devices so far. Bad form Samsung!

I remember seeing something like this on their tablet version. It looked pretty cool but the context switching between the two windows is very laggy (like 2 seconds from the moment you touch the other window). Does this suffer with the same problem?

Most likely, since android isn't made for this kind of multitasking and for having two apps actually running at the same time with GUI
