If anyone else makes a silver ultrabook with black keys it will probably look like the MBA as well. It's a very generic design.

It isn't even as thin as the Macbook Air and the shell is a different shape (how it curves at the bottom). From what I can tell, the only similarities are that it's silver, it has a black keyboard, and it has a similar sized trackpad.

there's not too many ways to center a screen in the top part and center a QWERTY keyboard and a touchpad in the bottom...

I was wondering the same myself so I did a little research. I'm still not sure about .mkv but you can play .mp4.
