Lying in a pool of blood these mobile phone snaps show what happened to a gang of hired thugs that were sent by a property developer to demolish a building to make way for a new shopping centre and housing complex at Bazhou in Hebei province, China.

What the thugs didn't realise was that the crumbling building was owned by kung fu grandmaster Lu Shen who used it for his kung fu school. It was also the place where he lived with his family of kung fu experts including his three sons and his wife ? also a black belt.

When the thugs arrived in advance of a construction crew with wrecking equipment the martial arts family telephoned their students and within minutes everybody was kung fu fighting.

One eyewitness said: "The bunch that turned up to clear the property away looked tough ? they were all wearing black but they didn't prove to be that tough in the end."

Several managed to run off but the rest ended up unconscious on the floor and several ambulances were needed to ferry the injured to hospital.

China has been plagued by allegations that wealthy construction companies often use heavy-handed methods to evict people from locations where they are planning developments, but in this case the strong arm tactics failed to work. :shiftyninja:

It's amazing how here in the States, no one realized that people like Romney would have brought us closer to being like China. You keep denying human rights and protecting corporations because you're rich yourself or think you'll end up being "one of them" some day?

This is a perfect look at what happens when the government actively encourages and aids a free market, while not caring about its citizens.

What a moronic post you made. The election is over so gtfo already.

:D Let's all sing along:

Wooooaahhhoo .... woooaaahoo ...

Everybody was kung-fu fighting

Those cats were fast as lightning

In fact it was a little bit frightning

But they fought with expert timing

They were funky China men from funky Chinatown

They were chopping them up and they were chopping them down

It's an ancient Chinese art and everybody knew their part

From a feint into a slip, and kicking from the hip

    • draw.io Desktop 30.2.6 by Razvan Serea draw.io desktop is a downloadable security-first diagramming application that runs on Windows, MacOS and Linux. Creating diagrams in the desktop app doesn’t need an internet connection. This is useful when you are disconnected or when you must create diagrams in a highly secure environment, where data protection is of the utmost importance. When you use the draw.io desktop app, your diagrams will be stored on your local device. Because this is a stand-alone application, also designed to run offline, there are no interfaces to cloud storage platforms available. Of course, you can still store your diagrams in folders that are synchronised to your cloud storage if you wish. Easy-to-use diagram editor The draw.io apps work just like the office and drawing tools you are used to using. Drag and drop shapes from the shape libraries and drag to draw connectors between them. Drag connectors to add waypoints and set a precise shape and position, or let them reroute automatically. Double click and start typing to add a label to anything. Create tables and swimlane flows with a familiar tool. Style shapes and connectors with customisable palettes, sketch options, fonts and text formatting tools. Search for shapes, including in open-source icon libraries. Use our vast libraries of shapes and templates, organised into logical categories, to create a range of diagrams and infographics. Generate diagrams from text descriptions using our smart templates. Diagram faster with keyboard shortcuts. draw.io Desktop 30.2.6 changelog: Uses electron 42.5.0 #2452 Updates to draw.io core 30.2.6.
