You're right. I think I was using the shift key while I did that. It seems to be the only way I get the red X now. Sorry it was pretty early in the morning I think when I was trying to figure out which ways did that. I'm really loving the shell pack though!! If you have time to make the one correction it would be great. If not I'm still going to use it because I like it so much!! :D

*****UPDATE*****

Changed the Ugly red 'X' in the shell32.dll for StaTiKMaT :D

Added:

1)hdwwiz.cpl

2)nusrmgr.cpl

3)timedate.cpl

Shell Pack now only 7.49 MB rar'ed

Since its less than 8 MB, Its up on DA :D

Download @ Deviantart

Enjoy :D

I think that it's more colour softer and comfortable.

And there is a log-off dialog box too, but I'm too lazy to change my curent shell32.dll and

make a screenshot - you must believe it's like a shutdown dialog box.

I also think about to make an icons toolbar (because I hate those green and yellow Microsoft ones), but I have some problems -

when all is ready icons looks scrapy (I'm trying to fix that).

Tell me what you think.

nice work mate...

you should consider adding extra icons size like 64*64; 72*72; 96*96: 128*128

and some bitmaps to complete the set...

keep up the good work

@ding: i would like to have those bmps can u email'em to me? [email protected]

All the releases except the last update included all sizes upto 128. But then i came to know that res hacker adds unnecessary extra sizes to the files which are not needed. So i used restorator which doesnt add any extra sizes n replaces the ones which r there already in the file. Thats how i got the rar down to 7 mb n got to upload it to DA.

how do u set ur icon size to be 96 x 96 or 128 x 128 default in tile, thumbnail or icon view ?? I didnt know u cud change that. ;) I thought that icon creators made big sizes of icons for docks.

hmmm i how do i replace the wmplayer.exe? no matter what I do it changes back to its normal state after a couple of seconds... i've tried deleting it then moving the new .exe in its place (windows automatically creates a new one) i've tried copying and pasting it over (windows automatically changes it to its default state) any ideas? hmmm...
