update Bing Desktop gets a major overhaul

Bing Desktop has been updated.

This major overhaul gives you control to choose a specific countries's search results. You also get a variety of themes.

Another minor but important addition is that of the minimize button.

Well, I primarily use it for the daily Bing backgrounds, and this app is minimized for me most of the time.

Bing changing UI is becoming a bit regular, they should get an UI Season, Spring Bing will be next :)
