I would also recommend a different cooler. Possibly even water cooling, if you want really quiet. You need better heat dissipation and good contact between heat sync and processor (a good cooler and good thermal paste).

If the noise is a problem, thought about an upgrade to a closed loop liquid cooler, such as a Corsair H80? etc.
