Press/Review early access for most I would assume, I don't think its that hard to get them these days as long as you have enough subscribers on YouTube/Twitch.

None of the above as far as I can tell... the servers were up and everyone has access.

As I visited one of the streams I was just in time to catch a Titanfall reddit link that says you can play now if you use a South Korea VPN :P

Nope, i'm not aware of anything else not covered in the link. I also own a JPN 360 and have gone to far greater lengths to digitally import games without any issues.

Just bought BF4 Premium without any issues so far. ?10 cheaper too.

How does the campaign work?  Since the game is all online is it just scripted MP with set goals, or just players verses AI in a MP map?

Because it is a multiplayer game!   Global release would be much harder on the servers.   It is easier and cheaper for them to have different release dates for different areas of the world.

 

I dont understand why not have global release dates for single player though.
