Weird! I never normally use a firewall because of my router, but I just installed zonealarm, granted the client for access and now it works o_0

I have to run my firewall as a restricted account so that my sisters don't disable it to play Neopets. Then I realised that while in that restricted mode, it doesn't prompt to allow programs. :laugh:

,Jan 16 2004, 16:32] So what period of time have you chosen to determine movement calculation?

(or to look at it another way, assuming the top 5 stay static for the next week or so, how long before the +1 next to silvercore's position disappears?)

well, the top 5 rarely changes.. so I kept it at a minimal update check..

right now i have it set so that position change will stay in effect until a change is detected, but i can easily change that.

Quick question Bx - Is there any other XML outputs other than toplist/uptime/record etc?

Not that I'm aware of. :no:

I requested that they make other XML outputs, like league position, position in league, etc.. but got no response.

with the current XML, you get these info:

<uid>

<username>

<registration>

<lastupdate>

<uptime>

<average>

<record>

<os>

<os_sp>

<os_build>

<toplist>

<link>

<generated>

I requested that they make other XML outputs, like league position,  position in league, etc.. but got no response.

It would be nice if they included the percentage of total uptime since the user's <registration> date, like they have when you click on your Uptime profile at their website.

With the fields available in the current xml file, I can't see it being calculated since it doesn't include the extra information needed to work it out (you'd need to know the periods of each session so I guess the file would grow quite large eventually -> so not good :( )

,Jan 15 2004, 13:25] Forgot to say, if you don't want to get messy with PHP you could always design your own background and submit it to BxBoy for hosting on his server, see here...

...for some examples of images submitted by other users :)

Thanks again. :)

    • I am not surprised because life is the product of a lot of biochemical and physical processes that releases various energies as a by-product. The only thing new here is the detection of these photon emissions. The researches noted this "glow" is not a metaphysical one. They don't even immediately end when one is dead. Things like fires, light bulbs, and on a bigger scale stars release a lot more "light" and they are hardly alive.
