But that hasn't stopped the Redmondiands from launching a other betas over the past couple of days. On Monday, Microsoft announced the release of Beta 1 its Host Integration Server 2004, a product designed to connect their IBM midrange and mainframe systems to Windows servers. And on Tuesday, Microsoft opened up Beta 2 of its Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM) 2004 product to any and all existing Microsoft customers. MOM 2004, due out in the summer of 2004, includes new management packs that allow customers to manage Web services.
