Mainstream media had him counted as guilty before the trial was over. Screams for his death, people sending out addresses of where he supposedly was.. this was not a fair trial. the establishment was out to set him up as an example. Problem is, Eric Holder et al, wanted to start a racial civial war. Black Panthers have been outed on youtube about wanting to kill crackers. The media is pretty darn good at creating/changing and affecting the narrative of any story. added: If you read up on history, you'll see that leaders have used "change" to rebuild nations as they saw fit. this goes along with the presidents campaign slogan, "change we believe in." Leaders use the playbook of former leaders. Hitler used divide and conquer tactics to divide the jews from the Germans. this fomented hate and ..well, we know how it turned out. There's a force of change in America, not for the good but change. We have black people castigating all whites around the nation but for what purpose? change! a civil war. in order to change the society, you have to destroy it first to rebuild it. So the whole zimmerman thing was about race. he is hispanic whereas we were intially told it was a white guy shooting a black guy. However, this didn't fit the black versus white scheme, so they had to figure something else out. The whole illegal immigration thing will be a civil war between white people and hispanic sadly. But yet, you ask 2 of my ex's and they will claim I am a murdering psycho. Just because someone says something, doesn't mean its true. And in this case, a vindictive woman could say anything because of the publicity surrounding a past event. Where have you been? Have you not read or seen the news in the past 2 years? he has been in so many legal problems since he was found innocent it's not even funny. The man has a serious anger management problem and is violent. He should not be carrying a gun. He needs psychological help. He either has a death wish or he likes the attention. Doesn't change the fact that Zimmerman is a woman beater and a child killer. off come on.... a child. child is someone who is physically smaller. you must have seen the media pictures that showed him a few year younger. i actually read atopcy report, and trust me, he was a full sized me. just because he is was still legally a minor, does not make him a child. hate him all you want, i don't care for him either, but "child killer" label is highly inapproprite, imo or do you know something no one else does? As to his character, I've never defended his character. let's not use a play on words. For those of you who think he's guilty, you're wrong. the letter of the law (strictly applied to the trayvon case) found him innocent. I don't care how many ways from saturday, you try to paint the verdict. My point was from the get go was: now that everyone knows who he is, he'll be a victim of his own making, guilty or not. people around here still rant and rave about "he was guilty". you might as well join the protests currently going on about the michael brown shooting. If he did in fact assault this person as he did, then he should pay his debt to the offended and the country. can't do the time? don't do the crime. but, food for thought: isn't it a serious issue when you find zimmerman guilty along with the police officer who shot brown? morals have sunk to new lows. morals you might think? yes, morals. This OP thread is a story about morals. morals is a set of ethics we live by and society today has none. The trayvon parents and micheal brown parents should have instilled ethics into their kids. a prime example of what's so wrong with this generation today. you respect me, I respect you you disrespect me, I'll still respect you because one cannot live without morals or a code of ethics. A rew things: 1) It's clear Zimmerman is a punk. Gun toting for his manhood, woman beating, punk. 2) #1 because clearly in man to man combat, Trayvon, a very slightly built (at least to me) teenager, kicked his ass fighting for his life. But, you don't bring fists to a gunfight with a dude with mental problems. 3) Do we really need to relive the case? Whether you believe he got a way with murder or not, he got away. His history of issues and law-breaking showed that eventually he would end up killing someone, and he put himself in a situation to kill an unarmed teen. His continued behavior in light of this, shows that notoriety isn't going to prevent him from eventually putting himself in a situation to kill again.
