Blood clot forms in leg from being immobile for long periods, then they stand up - blood clot moves and blocks the heart. I drill it home to my team to take breaks be it for a cigarette, coffee or just to walk a lap of the building. Not only is it important to not sit still for long periods but also it helps focus.
