Modern Apps (Contacts and Weather) crash at splash

Good morning, I have upgraded from Windows 8.1 Pro and I have two apps that aren't working right now on Build 10074

 

• Contacts
• Weather

Both start and crash at the splash screen. I've searched for the solution and the only thing I find is to run the following command in PowerShell (elevated) but I get the following error:

Command:

Error:

Add-AppxPackage : Deployment failed with HRESULT: 0x80073D02, The package

error 0x80004004: Unable to install because the following apps need to be
closed Microsoft.Windows.ShellExperienceHost_cw5n1h2txyewy!App.
NOTE: For additional information, look for [ActivityId]

I have the same problem. I can't even open the Windows Store, or any other modern apps except Project Spartan and Settings .

Yeah it's similar to my problem

Yes, there was a fix through a PowerShell script that was supplied by some MS engineers, but it didn't work at my end. I posted it on the OP
