Exactly! My neighbour is a triathlete, he loves his fast food and beer, but all in moderation, he's as fit as hell (athletic wise, not to say he's isn't a handsome man, you understand).

yep, hey even arsenic is in your body naturally and in a lot of natural foods. but in such small amounts... yet we make arsenic sound like it will kill you the second you have even a microgram of it around you...

I've never heard that (the killing part). Carcinogen, sure.

What is naturally in our bodies is organic AS, vs. the more poisonous inorganic AS.

Dont understand how your getting bitter almonds....

Personally its always had a more marzipan taste than bitter almonds....

Im not even sure what a bitter almond would taste like?!

If anything its Coca-Cola thats the odd flavour... I mean wtf is that meant to taste of?

Sounds like he had something in his mouth that changed the taste of Dr. Pepper. Like last night I brushed my teeth and then used mouth wash. About 10 minutes later I decided to drink a half glass of Sprite. The Sprite tasted almost like grapefruit so I stopped drinking the rest of it. This morning the taste of Sprite was fine.

the general public doesn't know the difference between organic and inorganic, they just hear arsenic cyanide lead mercury and freak out without understanding that the natural versions of them are naturally occurring in you... generally people associate stuff like arsenic and cyanide with "murder" and "death" due to Hollywood...

Yip.. I know. Love Marzipan... but bitter almonds? Last i checked almonds were not bitter.

Or is it just me?

no, i think it means that it tastes of almonds AND it tastes bitter  ;)

like you put some bitters on almonds. and added lots of sugar too.  that is pretty much Dr Pepper.

there are two types of almonds, sweet and bitter... bitter almonds if you don't extract the cyanide from them as little as 50 of them can kill you if you are an adult and as little as 5 of them if a child... most almonds produced for consumption are sweet almonds

hence why the OP said bitter almonds, they are implying Dr. Pepper will kill you if you drink it.....

    • Yeah, this is absolutely nothing new and EA have done it before. Burnout Paradise, released in 2008, had dynamic advertising billboards that were updated via the internet and targeted people based on location and what EA knew about them from their profile. It was particularly notable for the fact that the Obama presidential campaign ran ads in the game, in an attempt to reach a younger audience who didn't watch broadcast TV any more. It was by no means the first though. Battlefield 2142 from 2006 had the same thing. In fact, Neowin wrote a story about it back then. https://www.neowin.net/news/ba...-in-game-ads-clarification/
    • This is obviously aimed at the education where Apple has lost so much ground to Chromebooks in the last few years, but unless they come up with a comparable management system for education why would anyone switch back?
    • Here's how we arrived at that claim: Note that this is just Play Store downloads. The app is also available on the Galaxy App Store
    • Google Play states the app had more than 50 million downloads. What other metric do you suggest should be used?
    • MSN defined our generation in some ways, kind of like Snapchat and TikTok have done for future generations. I have great memories of the MSN era in the late 90s / early 2000s. In the UK everyone seemed to come home from School and go on MSN for the evening. We didn't really have mobile phones then, so other than going and knocking on your friends door it was a totally new way of interacting with people. I also loved how I could talk to people I’d met playing online games from around the world. Inviting people to NetMeeting and messing about with the shared white board and webcams was pretty fun, even if webcams only ran at a couple of fps over dial-up. All the random things you could do with MsgPlus! were really fun - I suspect that made a few people jump with /shello randomly blasting Mr Hankey out their speakers! Maybe I’m just nostalgic, however I do feel the internet and computers were more fun back then.
