there are. in the taskbar, the green "light" is hover. and blue is active. the caption buttons don't have mouseovers because the winamp skin doesn't have them.

the caption buttons don't have mouseovers because the winamp skin doesn't have them.

winamp skin caption buttons have mouseovers (they go slightly lighter (it's barely noticable))

when the window is active they do. but not when it's inactive, like visual styles can.

i'll make the buttons later maybe and add them or give them to noodle. if you guys think it really makes a big difference.
