sorry i havent been around latetly...

i have been working alot of overtime and my band and i have been

on tour last week. as of right now my computer got commendeered by

my roommate and installed on my projector to play games and music.

they also managed to screw it up too by deleting off some my vital files for my

OS. luckey for me all my files are on an external drive they neglected to use.

once i get all my junk back up and running, i'll be in full swing this weekend.

also i need someone who is good at making guides, since im strapped for time.

PM me for details.

sorry i havent been around... im still super busy at work w/ overtime and recording studio stuff.

i have updated my project w/ Service Pack 2 support.

i have a beta batch file that slipstreams service pack 2 on to a pre-slipped SP1 CD

and another for just slipping SP2 w/ no SP1 slip.

more to come. prem, email me and hook you up w/ a beta.

>>coucou, i got your email and thanks for finding some bugs... i fixed them!!

I still don't get what this thing is....

can someone explain it to me? is it AP in a CD? does this thing install Firefox, Antivirus, Spybot, and other apps after I run my XP installation or it installs them during Xp installation?

Actually what slipstream does is it gives you a CD of Windows XP that installs your Windows all of autopatcher and anything that you've asked autopatcher to install for you by default into one compact CD. Makes your install of Windows much simplier especially if you install on alot of systems. Of course if you ask Autopatcher to install too much then it's not going to all fit... but that's up to you to figure out how much you want it to install for you by default.

Don't forget the people who have DVD burners that can put more stuff in AutoPatcher. Only problem with that is that you have to have a system that has a DVD-ROM drive in order to read burnt DVDs.

this project seems to be dead. i give credit to the shifty and all the hard work he puts into this project as well as others helping but why make a deadline if you cant meet it ? this project is almost 2 months late and im not trying to pick on shifty himself but program authors in general. dont say the program will be out at a certain time, why not just say the program will be ready when its done and no sooner. again i thank shifty for his hard work and releases he has put together so far, and i take into mind he has a tight schedule, but dont put dates on something your not sure of finishing

ya, it seems as though either all steam ran out on this project, or were just left in the dark. im hoping its the second of the two! :-D but i understand people have lives! its all good. updates would be cool

thanks! and thanks for everything that has been done already, excelent work! :-D

    • This is needed! Good to see them working on it. My solution up until now at work is to hide all MY folders, showing only the shortcuts, but linking my personal folders to the corresponding Libraries. Having this exposed in the Navigation pane of File Explorer means that I have easy nested access to my stuff, as well as all the shortcuts under the OneDrive folder when needed, often open as I only have about 10 or so linked sources.
