I'm on it. Just because I've fallen in love with 95% of the gadgets on the site! Why oh why did I go to the site. Now I want everything!

One obvious question -- what is it going to be used for and for what medium? (Web Banner, Signature, Magazine Image, Etc.)

This will help determine the style and the DPI parameters.

Hi, THanks for getting back to me.

Need 2 if possible, ones for a link on a site lke a banner and the other one I would like to print out for invoices etc. Is that going to be possible easily enough?

Cheers :woot:

Hey everyone, I am trying to look for some one who is talented enough to make a new logo for my site. As the site is kinda big and becoming more and more popular, i am looking for something stands out and looks really cool. You can check out my site at http://www.tomspc.us. The only thing I am asking is that since the arrow is kinda the trademark, I would like an arrow somewhere in it and for it to use the same general color, the blue color I use on the rest of the site is #00CCFF. Thank you very, very much to anyone who could help me out and I promise to give the proper referal on the site to anyone who could. Thanks, Tom (webmaster tomspc.us)

Ok I am going to make one big response to the entries submitted so far. First off, excellent job to all your guys who have submitted one! They look great. I was just going to see if you could make a modification or two.

JMANN: Your's looks really good with the expanding table and the shorter logo.

DreamCaster: I like the looks of yours also. However, would you be able to throw a picture of an engine in the left instead of a keyboard? Yours looks really good. Could you cut a slice of the right side so I could add that to the table background, which would allow the table to expand and it looks like the logo goes on.

WING: I REALLY like the way you did the "powering the digital world". Could you try to make the tekngn.net a little bigger and more bold/catchy?

Again, great job. They look really good guys! I am willing to compensate for banner I would use. I will ask you if I can use it for my site before I do.

BTW fellow designers, I'll be willing to pay to those who request to be compensated for work done towards my logo, as this will eventually be used commercially (not right now, as I'm not commercially known yet) Just don't expect a payment quickly as I am working on a credit card to use with paypal, or something equivalent.

*maybe this'll spark up interest?* Hope so, even ideas can be worked out to compensated pay.... now I'm pushing it.

Good luck to any takers.

Cheers

Haven't had time to work on my logo, been too busy answering calls about the Dumaru and MyDoom viruses. Why is email so damn dangerous?

Anyways, yeah. That logo, the frog is facing sideways because it was sketched on an 8" X 11" piece of paper, so yeah. I'm planning to have it facing down. I'm also looking at a blue color scheme, not green (natural assumption is, frog=green) I like blue better, green is an ugly color for me, and doesn't go with the name Gramma. Speaking of going with names, it would have to accomodate the purpose of being a logo, as I'm a DJ, I guess it would have to accomodate a DJ (lol makes sense, gramma, a-duhhh :p )

Hmmmm.... any other takers want to give this task a go? I'm basically just looking for ideas to work on, not a finished logo (although a finished one wouldn't hurt  )

Hehe, thanx in advance.

Cheers

After finding your request I am on it. Hope you are happy now.

Hehe, glad to find some responses now. Wing has a slight advantage for answering me quickly, but all is good. May the best man (or woman) win.

I'll be submitting my own ideas here as well, so you guys can flame me for being an amateur and complete n00b to design :pinch: , or conduct constructive criticism, whatever.

Cheers

    • RevPDF 4.5.0 by Razvan Serea RevPDF is a free, fully offline PDF editor for Windows, macOS, and Linux that lets you edit text and images directly inside PDF files — no internet connection, no account, and no cloud uploads required. Unlike bloated alternatives that demand subscriptions and constant connectivity, RevPDF fits in under 60MB on desktop while delivering a complete editing toolkit: annotate, redact, sign, compress, split, merge, convert, and reorganize pages, all processed locally on your device. Smart font matching ensures edited text blends seamlessly with the original, and multi-language support includes RTL scripts such as Arabic and Hebrew. Where most PDF editors force you to choose between features and simplicity, RevPDF manages both. You can build interactive forms from scratch with text fields, checkboxes, and dropdowns, permanently redact sensitive data before sharing, draw freehand on contracts and diagrams, and add custom watermarks — all without a single file leaving your machine. Edit Text and Images Directly Inside PDFs RevPDF supports true inline PDF editing — not just annotation layers on top of a document, but actual modification of existing text and images within the file. A smart font-matching engine identifies the font used in the original document and applies it automatically when you make edits, so changes blend naturally with the surrounding content. You can reposition elements, resize images, and update text across single pages or entire documents. RevPDF 4.5.0 release notes: This is one of the biggest updates to RevPDF yet. A lot of things people have been asking for are finally here. New Features Auto Redaction Permanently redact sensitive text and areas from your PDFs before sharing. Clean, irreversible, and fully offline. Comments, Links & Bookmarks Add comments for review, insert clickable links, and create bookmarks to jump around long documents without scrolling forever. Find & Replace Search across the whole document and replace text in one go. Long overdue. Split Pages Vertically or Horizontally Split any page down the middle, vertically or horizontally. Perfect for scanned books or double-page spreads. New Drawing Tools More tools for freehand drawing and markup, better for annotations, sketches, and detailed notes. Continuous Scrolling in Editor The editor now scrolls continuously through pages instead of jumping between them. Working through long documents is a lot smoother now. PDF Metadata Editor View and edit the metadata stored inside your PDFs, including title, author, subject, and keywords. Better Font Matching Text edits now blend in more naturally by doing a better job of matching the original font. Tabbed PDF Viewer Open multiple PDFs at once in tabs and switch between them without going back to the home screen. Add Links Insert hyperlinks anywhere in your PDF, to external URLs or to other pages within the document. Share & Print Shortcuts Share or print directly from the editing screen, home screen, and viewer. No extra steps. Minor Updates Paste images directly from clipboard into your PDF New image editing tools for more control over images inside documents Bug Fixes Fixed file saving issues on Windows and Linux Everything still works fully offline. No login, no cloud, no account. Your files stay on your device.
