just paste the link, it's automatic.

 

EDIT: Ah!, I see you've tried that. Maybe it's borked atm. It spazzed out when I pasted the SoundCloud link.

It seems to me that you have to leave some space above and below the link, give it a few seconds to fetch it, and keep your fingers crossed as there's no guarantee here that it'll work :D
