I once touched a sleeping woman's hair without her consent and I almost peed on myself. I regret what I did and promised not to do it again.

No, I even whipped a guys ass back  in high school for trying.

They do, which often results on them being put under protective custpdy. Often this means being housed in solitary confinement or a special wing for at risk prisoners.

The only plus side to this heinous sentencing is the media storm it's created and how his name is now EVERYWHERE.  20 years from now, applying for a role - his new employers will google him...
