Best visual style I've ever used. And I've been using it for 3 months now. Everything fits perfectly, and the colours are very nice and smooth looking at :)

I've used Velvet Waves for a loooong time, loved it especially for the start menu design (no real start button, freaks out the people who rely on the standard default start button hehe): http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/2744105/
