wakjak
Now I've heard that hitting save even quoting will make it show up where ever you are in the forums. The thing is though, I've never bloody used the save feature, which means that it saves random quotes to your quote button for you. Why can't it be that when you hit quite on someone's post, that it quotes that exact post. Turn off auto save please... No one wants it and it is the most useless feature to date. Steven P. Administrators Posted June 23, 2016 Administrators Share Posted June 23, 2016 It's an auto save feature (note the auto part). The way it works, is if you start to reply to a topic and then decide not to, and simply browse away, the content of the reply editor will be saved. Also if you quoted someone and then decide not to post. It can also happen if you are about to reply to someone and even remove everything in the editor and browse away (auto save hasn't 'auto saved nothing, or a blank editor yet). It is also used to multiquote posts so that you can continue to read more pages of a topic, and not lose the content in the editor. I am not sure if this is also a bug with news article comments, but soon the editor will be ported to those comments too.
