sheck Posted July 26, 2016 Share Posted July 26, 2016 I looked today at "programs running" on my tablet and was freaked out by how much of " deleted programs" was eating up! No wonder this thing is slow and blinking all the time and shutting down my internet. Can someone please walk me through how to get those programs off my tablet for good? Also, could this be causing a static/low popping noise? I used to be decent with this stuff, but I have have multiple mini strokes, so I REALLY need a helping hand.
