Netgear Stiffing Customers out of advertised features.

Recommended Posts

Owners of the R6220 have been complaining since November of last year that an advertised feature of their router, the r6220, has been given all the features that it was advertised with.. namely IPV6 support.

Since November 2015 there have been many promises to resolve the issue pushing the features release to September of 2016. around the same time they started handing out betas that didn't work but simply had the feature screen in the setup. then September came and went and they pushed it back again. The end of September they said. BS! Now they are saying maybe not until the end of June 2017... FOR AN ADVERTISED FEATURE.

I know that neowin likes to simply be a front end for several companies press releases but can we get actual journalism going here? like the kind that holds these companies accountable?
