restroom Posted February 3, 2017 Share Posted February 3, 2017 I don't really see that Samsung was hurt much by it to be honest, which is amazing given the scale of the matter. I think (personally) that they handed it well. They began an immediate investigation and didn't drag their feet over the recall, even being quite transparent with their investigation findings. They have a huge following on their devices and are looked at as the lead in the Android mobile world, so I see them doing pretty well all things considering.
