Circaflex
What a shame so many are experiencing problems, hopefully these are ironed out for future buyers. The most glaring design issue that I saw, and others pointed out, is that the joy con sticks can easily go onto the wrong side, without any real resistance and taking them off almost requires breaking them. LimeMaster
It's not worth wasting $300 just to hear that.
Vandalsquad
My Nintendo friend had the controller constantly dropping out problem which he said made it unplayable at times of Zelda, didn't want to spend the extra $100 for a pro controller so just returned the lot and picked the game up on wiiu. No idea if Nintendo will do a recall or product replacement, seems to be an actual hardware issue that can't be fixed with a firmware update.
