jnelsoninjax
I am attempting to set a custom ringtone to one of my contacts, which I have done hundreds of times before, but on this particular contact each time I try and assign the tone, I get a message that says "Cannot change ringtone, ringtone ID in use" I have reset the phone a few times and the error stays. Google searches yields nothing specific to this model of phone, and all the other occurrences seem to be iPhone related. Does anybody have a clue how to correct this? techbeck
You have this setting? Go to settings, sound and notifications, and make sure Ringtone ID is turned off. Other wise, is it just one contact? Tried removing/readding the contact? jnelsoninjax 1 Share
