In reality Gens aren't a thing tied to anything, just marketing group names. I think most people will be in an upper and lower of 2 generations, born into the effects of one and experience the second. The guys that worked out millennials in that chart worked out gens last about 22 years based on earliest use and an average on commonly used end years. I just feel sorry for the gen that follows the Alphas (2010+) its already used negatively. :laugh:
