Seriously, setting work goals and performing self-evaluations are completely useless in my mind. There was once where I was asked what my proudest achievement for the year was. My manager phoned me later and told me that I needed to rewrite my answer. Apparently "not getting fired" wasn't the answer that she had in mind. (To note, only write such a response if you're on really good terms with your manager and she knows that you think such questions are B.S...)
