The two are unrelated - she DID post a photoshopped image, her preventative measure after a biopsy doesn't make that any less true, ill advised or meme-worthy.

Hopefully it made all the lowlifes masticating over the fact a picture was photoshopped realise they are indeed lowlifes, that’s why it aged badly

Oh get off your high horse - it was absolutely meme-worthy!  Was it ill-advised?  Yes, that also.

She didn't really get hung out to dry over it, more that people had fun further photoshopping a blatant photoshop.  It's funny ribbing, chill!

This actually happened at my job. Took forever before the user mentioned they were doing this with their disk to keep it away from their kids.

The laughter in my office amongst us in tech support was quite loud. Followed by much sighs.
