Not an amazing spreadsheet, but I created a sheet with details for each of the websites that we manage. It had everything everyone needed for referencing, different pages for each website. I invited the team to start using it and keeping it updated if a change was made so that we could pull recent information straight away. But no one used it, and 3 months later all that work was wasted...

I also created a password database for KeePass. Before, everything was using the same password and so I went and changed everything, letting people know that if they needed the new password they could find it in the database. Again though, I'm the only one using it and if asked for the password I've given up saying, "check the database."
