Every. Single. Day.

"Nick, it's in WhatsApp"
"Which group? We have hundreds of chat groups."
"I don't know. Actually, maybe it was an email..."
"When did you send it?"
"Some time last week...I think. Actually, maybe we only discussed it in a Zoom meeting..."

What really frustrates me is that I've made my position on this known numerous times, and they still do it. So now I'm the ######## for not wanting to go through the piles of emails and WhatsApp groups.

They'll learn eventually...I hope.

Try being on the other side

"Which share drive is it you're missing?"
"The I drive"
"OK, Do you know the location that refers to?"
"No idea"

Even with extended manuals and training, some people refuse to learn, or are jus too dumb to be around a computer.

Sorry.... Hard truth..
And it really gets to you after explaining something basic for the gazillionth time, because no one will listen......
/rant off 😛

Not to be overly pedantic, but that's the same side that I'm on. ;) And yeah, I had to deal with that too many times over the years as well. Trying to explain that the letter of the drive is meaningless never works. "Just put it back!"

Dude comes home at the end of the day, sees nobody and calls out at the start of the stairs.. "Amy, ben je boven?" (Amy, are you upstairs?)...
It even became a kind of populair saying at that time.. 😂

    • So, an article that has nothing to do with Windows 11, still gets Windows 11 in the title and a build number as the picture? Dell have a buggy build of Support Assist HP have UEFI settings that need unlocking for the secureboot cert upgrade to take place.
    • What I can't seem to understand is that Google are paying SpaceX? Surely it would be the other way round, with SpaceX needing Google's datacenters etc.? Oh well, this level of money and power is way outside of my comprehension at the best of times.
    • "77ee94b helium/windows: winsparkle updater (built-in auto-update support on Windows" If that's what I think it is, that is about the only thing that's been missing from this excellent browser. I guess I'll find out the next time I'm on a Windows machine.
